Penny Gillham joined the Whiteknights Governing Board in September 2024 and serves as the Group Chair of the Whiteknights English Hub Steering Group. The Steering Group provides challenge and oversight of the programme, ensuring that decisions are cost-effective, aligned with the grant’s purpose, and have a meaningful impact.
